Wondering what a consultation looks like? Once a consultation is booked then a questionnaire email is sent to be completed and returned prior to the consultation. A zoom meeting is scheduled to discuss the questionnaire the process (approx 15-30 minutes depending on client needs).

What is the difference between
e-design and on-site design?
An on-site designer is probably what you think of when you hear “interior designer”. Someone comes to your home and designs the entire space in person and takes over the assembling of the space. It’s what you’re used to seeing on television. An E-design is all the great parts of that process without the hassle of someone in your home! We still complete vision boards with you and spend time putting together a beautiful design but then it’s up to you to implement in your space (hello, bragging rights!)
How long will it take?
It depends on the package! If you’re wanting to be done today you can purchase one of our completed packages from our shop. All other timelines are included in the package descriptions but range from 2 days to 4 weeks.
What will it cost?
Again, it will depend on the package you purchase. But if you’re concerned about breaking the bank, have no worries! I always do my best to stay within the budget you provide in your questionnaire and if I feel it is too low to make your space a reality I’ll let you know upfront!
Can I get a revision or a refund?
We offer full refunds as long as your project hasn’t begun yet. Once it begins you are eligible for one free revision and as many as you want after that for an additional $50. If you are still unhappy (which we hope is never, ever the case) you can request a 50% refund at the end of the process.
